We include web and email migration with all of our web and email hosting plans. The first step in migrating your website and/or email is to open a support ticket letting us know you'd like your data migrated over. Depending on where your site was previously being hosted, we have different procedures for migration. Below is a partial list of instructions for migrating from different providers.
Hostgator
If your site is currently hosted on Hostgator, you'll need to add info@stormweb.ca as a delegate admin on your account. Instructions for doing so are available here.
GoDaddy
If your site is currently hosted on GoDaddy, you'll need to add info@stormweb.ca as a delegate admin on your account. Instructions for doing so are available here.
InMotion Hosting
If your site is currently hosted on InMotion Hosting, supply your Account Management Panel login information securely in a support ticket.
Bluehost
If your site is currently hosted on Bluehost, supply your cPanel login information securely in a support ticket.
Dreamhost
If your site is currently hosted on Dreamhost, you'll need to add info@stormweb.ca as a delegate admin on your account. Instructions for doing so are available here. We recommend granting all the permissions that start with ALL.
