Enable Rich Text Editing in Webmail

It's possible to enable rich text formatting in RoundCube. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Login to webmail.
2. In the left menu, click on Settings.
3. In the middle column menu, click on Preferences, then Composing Message.
4. Then set Compose HTML messages to always.
