These are the settings needed to configure an email account on iPhone.
Username: email@example.com (full e-mail address)Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.example.com (where example.com is your domain)
IMAP Port: 993
Outgoing Server: mail.example.com (where example.com is your domain)
Username: email@example.com (full e-mail address)
Password: Use the email account’s password.
SMTP Port: 465
Instructions for adding an email account to your iPhone:
- Open the Settings app
- Then scroll down to "Email"
- Then "Accounts"
- Then "Add Account"
- Choose "Other"
- The "Add Mail Account"
- Enter these values:
Name: Your Name Here
Email: email@example.com (full e-mail address)
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Description: My Email Account
- Tap Next
- Tap IMAP at the top
- Enter the following under Incoming Mail Server:
Host Name: mail.example.com (where example.com is your domain)
Username: email@example.com (full e-mail address)
Password: Use the email account’s password.
- Enter the following under Outgoing Mail Server: (Not Optional)
Host Name: mail.example.com (where example.com is your domain)
Username: email@example.com (full e-mail address)
Password: Use the email account’s password. - Tap NEXT at the top.
- After verification completes you should be able to send and receive email from the Mail app.
