If you've forgotten an email account password or need to change an email password for another reason, follow the steps below to assign a new password to your email account.
- Start by logging into the client area on StormWeb
- Click on E-mail Accounts under your hosting plan
- Click on the + icon next to the email address
- Click on Change Password
- Enter the new password and enter it again in the confirm password area
- Click on the Submit button
You will need to update the password in any email software being used to access the email account.
